Ferie Annuali: Il diritto minimo alle ferie annuali \u00e8 stato aumentato da un periodo di 4 settimane ( calendario) a 22 giorni lavorativi!<\/p>\n<p>2\ufe0f. Flessibilit\u00e0: \u00c8 stata rimossa la limitazione di avere un periodo minimo di interruzione di una settimana.<\/p>\n<p>Queste modifiche mirano a garantire migliori diritti per i lavoratori e maggiore flessibilit\u00e0!<\/p>\n<p>Important Updates on the Labor Code!<\/p>\n<p>Law No. 91\/2024 has introduced significant amendments to Law No. 7961, dated 12.7.1995, \u201cLabor Code of the Republic of Albania.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>1\ufe0f. Annual Leave: The minimum entitlement to annual leave has been increased from 4 calendar weeks to 22 working days!<\/p>\n<p>2\ufe0f.
